Sorry for the comments by my colleague Bano, she had it confused with another operator we dealt with in February. We used Bharat Coaches in March to go to London and were extremely happy with their service. Very friendly and polite driver, clean seats with a working toilet and all in all it was a pleasent journey. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks....

Unbelievably poor service - the driver was rude and unhelpful. The boot leaked, and there was a hole at the base of the gearstick covered up by a piece of cloth. Worst coach experience we have ever had and will never be hiring these people or any one associated with them again. ...
